Payment Terms, Conditions & Refund Policy

1. Nature of Transaction

This online payment portal is provided by Golden Lamtouch strictly for the collection of ID card processing and manufacturing fees. By utilizing this portal, you are paying a pre-determined fee authorized and negotiated by your respective Educational Institution or Corporate Organization. Golden Lamtouch acts solely as the authorized manufacturing partner.

2. Pricing and Payment Collection

The fee displayed at checkout is pre-determined by your institution. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner (Razorpay). Golden Lamtouch does not store or process your credit/debit card or banking information on our servers.

3. Data Accuracy & User Responsibility

As the end-user, you are 100% responsible for the accuracy of the data submitted through our online form. This includes, but is not limited to, the spelling of names, dates of birth, blood groups, and the quality/clarity of the uploaded photograph. Golden Lamtouch will print the ID card exactly as the data is submitted. We do not manually proofread or alter submitted data.

4. Strict No-Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because ID cards are highly customized, personalized goods, all sales are final.

  • No Cancellations: Once the payment is successful and the form is submitted, the order immediately enters our automated production queue and cannot be cancelled.
  • No Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
  • User Errors: If an ID card is printed with incorrect information due to a typo or incorrect photo uploaded by the user, a new application and full payment will be required to issue a replacement card.

5. Replacements for Manufacturing Defects

In the rare event of a manufacturing defect (e.g., faded printing, broken card, or a non-functioning RFID chip), the issue must be reported to your Institution's Administration within 7 days of receiving the card. Golden Lamtouch will provide a free reprint/replacement for genuine manufacturing errors verified by the school administration. We do not process replacement requests directly from students.

6. Shipping and Delivery

This is a bulk-processing service. Individual ID cards are not shipped to the student's home address. All completed ID cards and lanyards are delivered directly to the administration office of your respective School, College, or Corporate Institution in bulk batches prior to the academic/financial year.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding the requirement of the ID card, the mandate of the fee, or the distribution of the final printed card must be taken up directly with your Institution's Administration. Golden Lamtouch's liability is strictly limited to the manufacturing and bulk delivery of the cards to the institution based on the submitted digital data.
